The Lake House that have a price cut of $25 million!

Have you guys ever watch the story the house on the left? Oh my! That is the most bizarre and scary story ever. It is definitely not a scary movie with ghosts and all, but the scenes are too extremely violence. Can you imagine that? I had to even pause at some scene and take a deep breath to continue watching. All the actress is quite new I never seen them in any other movies yet or maybe I have been in my cocoon for quite some time now. In a rating of 10, I'll definitely give this movie an 8. Despite the story, actually I wanted to introduce a humongous lake house situated in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

Lake Tahoe is a large freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada of the United States. Located along the border between California and Nevada, west of Carson City. Lake Tahoe is the largest alpine lake in North AmericaAlpine lakes lie in valleys that were formed during the uplift of the mountain chain of the Alps. During the Ice Age, glaciers flowed through these valleys, deepening and excavating the ground, and leaving deposits of waste material when they shrank at the end of the glacial period. Water filled up the excavations or was dammed up by the waste.
Say hello to the $75 million lake house situated in Lake Tahoe, Nevada!! It was first went on sale for &100 million but had a &25 million price cut. But even so, the house couldn’t find a new owner all these years. The house is called as "Tranquillity". Sitting on 210 acres in Lake Tahoe, this mansion is more like a castle. At 38,000 square feet, you could literally get lost in this house. Lake Tahoe's most prestigious mansion boasts 9 bedrooms, 9 baths, and enough amenities to make your head spin. A four car garage, solarium, game room, and elevator are just a few. That originally went on the market in 2006 for $100 million. Tommy Hilfiger Corp. co-founder Joel Horowitz and his wife Ann built in the late 1990s, sparing no expense in constructing an eight-building compound that incorporates materials, artifacts, furniture and art gathered from around the world.
The main residence's great hall features 30-foot-tall windows, and a sky-lit entryway boasts marble floors patterned after those in the New York Public Library. The dining room features 300-year-old French plank flooring, and there's a cigar lounge model after one in New York City's St. Regis Hotel. A replica of the Titanic staircase, an indoor swimming pool, an art studio, a NBA-regulations basketball court, flooring from a 17th century French chateau, a wine cellar for 3,200 bottles, a garage capable of sheltering 16 cars, a boathouse and a horse stable, all these and more are on that list. But even so, the house could not find a new owner all these years. More interesting and exciting pictures regarding Tranquillity mansion for you guys to see.
